How many of you had to pay a fee to get your ground into timber reserve? When I went to the court house to fill out the paperwork they charged a $200.00 fee to enroll the ground. Not sure if it is a flat fee or determined by the piece of land. In my case it was two years worth of regular taxes.
Have nothing but good things to say about their customer service. There prices aren't always the cheapest but when you have a problem with the product you bought there and need it fixed/replaced it's worth a few extra bucks to not have to mess around with someone on the phone that is 200 miles...

Unfortunately the answer to your question is probably never. Which brings up my opinion of the amendment again, might as well have a portion of it help conservation.
