Do I understand the Iowa DOT website correctly? Residents order deer tags through the ELSI system only? Does a person start calling vendors to see if they are set up for the ELSI system, or is there a master list?
A person used to wait for the applications to arrive at the vendors. Since we don't have to do that, when is the earliest we can order tags from the ELSI system? Particularly, Early Muzzleloader.
