Turkey hunting in the morning, then found a shed on the way to a successful fishing adventure in the afternoon. If I'd have scored a gobbler this morning, I would have called it a perfect day. Pretty dang close even without the turk.
Best of the day:

Dad's fish. I told them I was holding out so as to not show them up. /forum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif

I was throwing a white grub and catching some decent gills and tiny bass. They caught the bigger bass on yellow marabou? jigs. We moved a couple of bass and the bluegills over to another pond that froze out during the 2005/6 winter.
