This is another deformed shed my son and I found. It was at the end of the day and we were both tired. We were looking along a creek that crossed a power line right of way.As we were getting ready to leave the area we started walking along and I just happened to look down.I saw the shed end sticking thru the grass. My 14 year old son had just stepped right over it.Boy was he shocked when I reached down to pick it up.We found one more while walking out of the woods. Its amazing how finding one will recharge your batteries.

My hunting buddy stepped right over this one.We were shed hunting a place on the out skirts of Manassas Battle Feild. This one was laying in plain view.I saw it from 25 feet away but he stepped right over it.If it had been a snake.I told him stop turn around and look down.It just goes to show you need to pay close attention at all times out there its so easy to miss them.

I've found a few by stopping and looking back to where I just had previously been. Tripped over a small one while walking through tall grass this year. Not even going to tell you how far I was standing from Tyler's first big shed last weekend with the tips sticking out the snow a couple inches. I had holler at him to tell him I found recent deer sign as I was having my doubts about the place in finding any sheds. I knew I was in trouble when he got really excited and started babbling while he was looking in my direction. It was almost embarrassing and I really felt like a rookie!! He made sure he rubbed it in too. LOL

No both sheds were found this year and about 25 miles apart.
