View Full Version : Smallest shed EVER?

All right people, we have seen some pretty good sheds. Now lets see who has the best eyes for finding sheds. Who lays claim to finding the smallest shed? We know it takes some real well trained shed hunt'n eyes to find these monsters. Let see some pictures. My friend Jeff has a couple I am gonna get pictures of, that are truely small, I thuoght I had a small one in a 3" spike untill he happened onto these sheds. I will try and get pictures tonight and post them tomorrow.

Lets see them.

AH, I think that would have to be the smallest I have ever seen. Is that thing pollished too? The deer have any hair left on his head after polishing that thing?

This shed (if you can call it that) was found by a friend of mine inside one of his Antler Traps. Ironically, this is the only shed he found all year. How many of you guys use these things? We're gettin to feel like they're mostly a gimmick. By the way, underneath the nub is regular lined paper like what is used in schools. That should give an idea of size.

I bought an antler trap while at the "Iowa Deer Classic", after giving it some thought, the box sits in my garage, never opened.

i forgot a ? is it the shed collector with the bucket, or is it the one that you have to have a tripod feeder for?

This is another small shed I found this year.Its not as small as the little one pictured in the beginning but its small none the less.

cool pics guys, the small ones can be just as unique as the big ones...of course they don't look as cool on a antler mount do they??!!

No one said the sheds had to be from deer.
Here is a moose shed my dad found while bear hunting a few years ago.
