You have to take simple precautions on your home, such as locking the doors and windows. If you sleep with windows and doors wide open, then yes someone could possibly sneak in without being acknowledged. But I have the best security system in the world........a 2 year old that leaves toys everywhere. You'd have better luck making it quietly through a brushpile with a semi than my living room on foot.
