Default Summit climbers

Just wondered if anyone out there has a summit climbing treestand and what your experiences have been with them. Been looking into them and just ordered a Summit Goliath. Hope I made a good purchase...

I've had my summit climber for about 4 years now, and I love it. It's quiet, comfortable, easy to set up, and has a nice big platform. You won't be dissapointed.

I have been using one for 4 years now I own 2, I have nothing negative to say about them. Very comfy , strong, and they make no noise. Bow hunting you may want to sit a little closer to you lower platform so when you stand to shoot your limb does not hit the rail.

I've got a Summit Cobra stand and they are well built. Solid as a rock and very comfortable, probably the best of any stand I have owned comfort wise.
HOWEVER, dont, under any circumstances, EVER, think of putting it up a Hickory tree. Oh, I know, that tree looks so straight and lovely, in just the right spot and everything. Trust me, its pure death. Any day now I keep expecting to see one of those David Blaine idiots try a shagbark in a climber on his next HBO special. That would worth the $30 Pay-Per-view.

Before you buy one, try one. Then try a Lone Wolf, the decision will be made for you!
