I was just curious if maybe the reason there are people against blood trailing dog is that they are cat people?
How would you all feel about Iowa legalizing blood trailing cats??
The only way I would be ok with it is if they were on a leash of course.

My wife would take serious offense to this!
But on a serious note, maybe this is a great job for one of the four cats in our house. Maybe he would then be too tired to pester the other three and chase them all over! We would have to train between naps tho.

This is much better. You're sitting in your stand and here comes an unleashed blood trailing cat, no owner in sight. If it were a dog, you would most likely let it pass and say crap my hunt's over. Since it's a cat, you shoot it and don't feel bad at all
Better make sure it's not wearing a collar.
