I am currently getting $173/ acre on my CRP (MO is usually 20-30% less than IA depending on county). The guy at FSA said they usually pay around 2-3 of general crp contract. Though he did admit he has never enrolled a tree crp....

NR truck plates are by far the majority of people hunting MO public areas. Trust me its already a problem. Leases by 10-12 guys from LA or MI on 200 acres (or even less) is happening at an alarming rate as well.

I think people that have been coming forever will still wait, BUT I'd be willing to bet they dont cut the NR # of tags down much from what they were selling otc.
