I'm not worried about what to put down or if it is small tract of land, its location, I wont say the area Im looking at now, but it's only so many acres and it is connected by large tracts thru out the county with no city building to infringe. So that right there is potential.

As far as keeping the land..All depends on if its producing quality bucks.

I disagree with this. Ive had to hunt alone most of my life due to no family. I got Taxidermy, ethics and good money to partner with someone. But I realize they may be more into recreational fun than managing deer.
