I made it out Yesterday morning to get in the stand about 40 minutes before shooting time. I have been behind the eight ball all season and had only managed to get in the stand one other time before this. Right at shooting time I was just kind of looking around for any movement when I could hear...

I will be posting on private ground first season watching all the dear run into the timber until I see the one I want. Had a good 8 on the ground by 9 am last year and only had to shoot once.

There is a guy on ebay that sells some really nice cedar driftwood ones. I bought two of them last year and was very happy with them.

I have a meeting at 8:30 and after that I will be on stand the rest of the day. We are going to get some snow tonight and stay below forty degrees all day. I think they are gonna be moving for sure.
