If prep is done and rhizomes are still viable and not burning up in someone's barn right now, then you should be good. Just make sure you get them covered up and packed well incase the rain turns off.

You are going to get a bunch of opinions here. I'd encourage keeping as much in beans/grain as possible. This will keep deer around as the fall progresses into winter. You have to have them.
