HP is really irrelevant. Its lift capacity that you have to look at. Full of seed its well over 2000 lbs. Pulling is easy part.

Most tractors between 55hp and 75hp have adequate lifting capacity with front balast ie weights, loader etc.

It weighs 1800lbs. Minimum is 35hp with the sweet spot between 55 and 75 hp. IMO.
