I just contacted Paypal regarding this issue. My account has no automatic renewals or subscriptions attached to it. They are not authorizing any payments to be withdrawn from my account. The customer service representative was confident that this was coming from the website side. For those of us who don't use/check Paypal often, they charge 14% interest for the use of their funds to cover these payments. This issue needs to be resolved by IW, as I too, am not ok with payments being pulled from my bank account without my approval.
