Your right, it probably wont, but my question to you is do you think thats fair?

I can't believe that is a serious risk but I suppose it could happen. I just couldn't see anyone in my neck of the woods doing something like that.

If this bill passes. Im guessing theres going to be alot more disgruntled hunters out there.
