NR's should be able to hunt one buck on their property every year, especially when R's can shoot multiple bucks. Change will come, it's a matter of time.

Respectivly disagree 100%. The advantage of being a resident is we get more liberal hunting rights. Disadvantage of being a NR LO or not, you can't. Get over it.
