I think that issues like this need to be brought up and discussed. Ours is a sport where morals and ethics play a HUGE part of how we conduct ourselves. There will be times when we encounter situations that aren't so black and white as shoot or don't shoot. Those are the ones where these forums become invaluable. If you think about what is going on here, the decision that TH made to tag that deer and not use a salvage tag will probably influence his decision making process for the rest of his hunting career.
