Then that would make this the largest whitetail ever legally taken by a hunter, the lovstuen buck was found to be poached, his dad shot it. Look it up on the iowadnr website, it is not listed under iowa trophy bucks anymore. I have also heard the real story behind the buck from a very credible source. I dont want to start a whole bunch of controversy, just thought people should know the truth. Also do not intend in anyway to take anything away from the beck buck. Heck of a deer there.
