There are plenty of guys that sacrifice and give their left nut to own a small 80 acre piece. Alot of those guys don't fill their LOT now and wouldn't fill it hunting Oct. 1 thru Jan. but would like an opportunity with the any season tag to be out hunting. They PAY THE TAXES, feed the "states" deer(intentional or unintentional), create the perfect habitat for all wildlife with hard work and mostly with their own coin, pay the interest on the land loan or lose the growth if it were in other investments and now, take the risk that CWD will greatly reduce their rec land value. I'd say they're entitled to one expanded LOT with no guilt.
