Its pretty obvious that he is protecting livestock... his chickens are in the background of the picture LOL

I've had 2 close friends get in trouble for this exact thing.............

DNR is going to say, use a live trap and transport them offsite.

In Iowa you need to pocess a hunting license and fur bearer license of which isn't issued until November 1st....Rules are rules and I doubt the CO would turn his head to this. If they let one guy get away with it, then all the guys who pick furs up prior to November first (During good, cold Octobers and high fur prices) would bitch.

I'm not saying I don't agree, i just wouldn't be incriminating myself all over the world wide web; especially knowing that Game Wardens are consistently checking this website out..........
