I have a trail cam video of racoon beheading my livestock. What am I supposed to do. Never in a million years would I think there would be an issue.

So what about the 100's of deer that eat and kill of farmers crops. Farmer Joe decides to start shooting and pilling up deer out of season and posting pictures of them in front of his tractor........You think raccoons are any less important in the conservation officers eyes, or did i miss something that said your 5$ chickens are more important than farmer Joe's corn crop.....

I'm not following your logic...........
