I’d disagree, those guys that bought land are still protected from the regs. You can still hunt every year on your land. So what you can’t shoot a buck every year. Manage your does one year. Buck hunt the next it’s not the end of the world.
It’s the guys that come here hunting public that were getting bent over harder than the windmills in the current storms. This is a step in the right direction for NR hunters imo. Making it fair to all.
