What’s the definition of highway? Is it busy, 2 lane, 4 lane, are there homes or businesses off the road nearby, etc???

No it is a very rural area. 2 lane. Not really any homes or businesses near by. I did talk to the tech and he made it sound like they may grant it due to its limited use, I don’t plan to frequent it a ton (no house or business plan). It does sound like that is playing a part on their decision, although the guy I talked to is not very high up the ladder.

Yeah that’s kinda where I’m at now, got way too much time and headache into this. I’d say it’s a fair deal, definitely not outstanding for what it is.
