They actually have been doing this for at least a year.I was confused when they showed this bill.It sure saves some money.I had bought my daughters when they were born and bought my grand daughters theres using the discounted rate.

Interesting!!!
Wish they would tighten NR allotment- reduce it!! make acreage size bigger than 80 acres for NRLO’s. IMO- ks biggest issues are outfitters & that small parcel size getting so many NRLO’s in there & stuff cut up. KS residents need some help like all states really.

At least they haven't just started increasing NR tags yearly to meet the need.I really figured they would. Right now it's 300.00 for lifetime if under 5 and 500.00 if under 7 I believe.

The main difference in what they had been doing is that instead of the high age limit was 7 now it would be 15 and 100.00 less for the 7-15.Also makes it to where there wouldn't be a sunset to the law unlike what happened to the over 65.

How is it in Iowa?I know landowners can get multiple tags but are they half price or similar? In Kansas if you are a landowner but your land is in a trust or LLC you cannot buy landowner tag at half price. No added amount of buck tags if a landowner which is alright with me. The issue i have is that almost all farms or in a trust or LLC.These estate plans do different things and a trust is way different than LLC.I see no reason that because my farm is in a trust it should be like this.
