How is the process going?

I dont use a shock caller when searching for sheds, he is whistle trained....if i have defiant issues...i will use it once in a while.....its never on when the antler is being used.

I have heard of doing that online. I bet that works really well because it brings out the natural "chase instinct" in the dog. I reward my pup by playing fetch with what ever antler he finds. He loves it, i think it is the same concept. He goes nuts when i throw the antler.

One thing that has helped my dog is a bird launcher....remote...i place the antler in the launcher, spray it down with scent killer (the launcher) and when he picks up smell i will launch shed. It stimulates the natural instinct of lab....
