I have lived in 3 really good deer hunting states in my life, Illinois, Iowa and Indiana! I have been fortunate to hunt some great ground in all 3 states but will admit the DNR in IA doesnt come close to what we have in Indiana in my opinion. Our DNR implemented the 1 buck rule 2 decades ago...
