    your right!! What I really meant to refer to was the shovelnose sturgeon. we catch them on the cedar. not sure why I was thinking pallid.

    muddy, correct me if I'm wrong. but I believe that the palid(sp?) sturgeon is also boneless. it does however have an exoskeleton.(sp)
