This may not be the correct forum for such a question, but... I am looking to pick up some youth carbon arrows for 3 1/2 yr old son if someone has a half doz or doz laying around that they might want to sell. The glass arrows that came with his recurve are junk and he doesn't like shooting...

Excellent info! Thanks. It may just look like I should build a regular setup and just be done with it.

    Anyone running homebrew IR's?

This may have already been discussed, but I didn't find anything after a short search. I'd like to see if any of you guys are running any homebrew IR's? What they took to build and how much you might have stuck into them? I have a P41 sitting at home collecting dust and want to do something...

Lone Wolf all ready to go!! Pics.

[ QUOTE ] Looks great, but what are you going to do with it once you hang the stand? Remove it or let it hang? [/ QUOTE ] No way of removing it. There are far too many straps and it's on too rock solid to remove it quickly. I'm planning on making sure all the loose straps are tucked away...

Lone Wolf all ready to go!! Pics.

I picked them up from a guy off Ebay. But let me tell you, what a pain! The 1st two shoulder harnesses that I got were missing a specific buckle and strap that is needed. Two more shoulder harnesses later, I finally got what I needed. I found another guy who I'm buying those buckles/straps...

Lone Wolf all ready to go!! Pics.

I noticed a Lone Wolf thread a while back stating how one packs in with it. I just got my straps and put them on tonight. Molle shoulder harness and Molle waist strap. Those mile or so walks in should be comfy now with all my gear for early or late season hunts. Lone Wolf #2

    Rage broadheads!!!

I wasn't able to view the recall info(websense here at work), but have any of you guys had any issues with them being sharp out of the package? A buddy of mine just picked up a pack of 3 bladed heads and said they are dull as a butter knife. Thanks

    cheap stands

As a side note, the company who makes the stands for Menards and Dicks is a company called bigdogtreestands.com. It's the same stands that you would buy directly from them. They just private label the stands for the two different stores.

    cheap stands

If you are near a [censored]'s Sporting Goods, look there. I just picked up two 15' ladder stands for my old man for $49.99. I hunted out of one last year of the exact same stand and it didn't squeek at all. Smaller style lock ons are selling for $29.99 as well. Picked up 2 of those as well...

    Weather-proofing a drop-away

I haven't heard any issues with cold weather and fall aways either. Rests wouldn't sell well if they didn't perform perfectly in all types of weather.
