I planted this small clover plot last fall. Its pure trophy clover from Fridge Forage. I added it to the Autumn Quick plot I got from the same place. The deer pretty much destroyed the plot last year. Kept it pretty well mowed down all fall. And by the looks of it now, they are doing it...

You used to be able to get nonresident does archery tags. You can thank your fellow non resident hunters as to why they aren't available anymore. It's a shame.

If the sod is gone, I'd just broadcast heavy. Beans will grow no problem just laying on the surface.

Montana just increased the price from $343. And the deer/elk combo went to 900 or so. Sucks, but I like going there. I think they also got rid of the outfitter tags as well.

Got off work early and headed to the woods Tuesday night. Managed to scare a few birds on the way in, but had them working again in no time. This guy came in with a bunch of hens and couldnt resist the strutter. Had to make a quick shot but made good on it! Always fun when it all comes...
