    Any cuddeback experts on here?

Same as the camera to camera distance and best answer is "it varies" Line of sight i have done it at a full half a mile - if there is a big hill in the middle it is less Cameras have built in signal meter to tell what sort of reception they are getting to make it easier to find a good spot that...

    Any cuddeback experts on here?

Not everyone wants to lock themselves into paying for a cellular plan. Set one of your cams to "Home" and it will collect all the pictures from all the other cams on the property. Put that one somewhere easy to access and you can get all your pictures from a single location. No more walking...

Any of the L cams can be designated "Home" if you don't want to use a cellular

    Any cuddeback experts on here?

The new L series Cuddeback cellular home units released this year do not have a camera in them. Their only job is to capture the pics radioed in from the remote cams and burst them out via cellular network. Seems to be a way more efficient way of doing it and i am getting more pictures now i...

    Rut Action/Movement Reports

Pretty quiet the last few days for me. No megabucks showing up in daylight but some older bucks coming out near dark. They are lip-curling, working scrapes, sparring with each other lightly and just wandering around in the open but are not going up to the does coming out to check them yet...

    Hawk blinds

I've helped mount blinds on running gear lots of times - we usually put short legs on them to get a bit higher and mount those to the deck floor or sills.

    Fall harvest

I actually prefer to have an airplane fly mine on before harvest - my rye is already up and growing.

    Hawk blinds

Wierd - just checked all 6 blinds we have in stock and all are bone dry inside and we've had some hard driving rains lately. Wonder if someone left a window unlatched ?

    Hawk blinds

I Know the banks are tight - the only hole out is the air vents and a lot of people put the activated carbon filters over them. I know NO flies get inside and I cant say that about any other blind I've ever used.

    Fall harvest

The rain must have fallen in the perfect amount on just the right days here, planted on the day recommended by Farmers Almanac, the moon aligned with my Zodiac stars, perfect hybrid for my soil type and the weather pattern of this year, best planting date, correct depth and population, great...

    Fall harvest

Nothing turned black on my fields - 100% no till and the winter rye cover crop will be growing turning it green instead

    Fall harvest

When you have 200+ bushel corn standing good and moisture is at 17-18% you harvest. Why wait till snow or winter hits or a big windstorm nocks it down. Good weather now, fields are dry so not making tracks, and plans to finish harvest early leads to more time available to bowhunt this fall.

    Fall harvest

We have started corn harvest here by Pella. 109 day corn planted April 11 - coming out of the field at 17-18% moisture and surprising good yields.

    Rain

.9 over west of Pella - will help the yard and the food plots but too late for the corn - it is done and harvest has started

    Compound bow carbon limb life?

I still have guys bringing in bows from 80's to the shop to work on or get strings - if you take care of it, don't leave in a hot car, don't shoot super light arrows, don't dryfire, don't overpress, etc - they can go a VERY long time.
