It seems that I'm on a every two year swap on strings. But I wax my string religously and ALWAYS check for anytype of fraying. From cam to cam I always check. I guess it all depends on how much you wax your string and ultimately how much you shoot.

I really don't know if you could go wrong with either Winner's Choice or Vaportrail strings.

Obviously depending on the terrain and the actual size of this "thick" stuff, wouldn't you want to hunt the fridges/exit/entrance routes to the thick stuff anyway? If it's that thick and tough to navigate, wouldn't you be alerting everything in the area by entering it to hunt? Whether it be...
