I don't think its ethical to sit in anyone's stand. I would give them space if they already have a blind there. That being said, there are plenty of guys out there that don't really care about hunting etiquette and there is nothing you can do about someone using your stand on public land.

So, you want to send the squirrel hunters packing because they are in "your" space, but wonder if its cool to sit in someone else's blind....................that's priceless.
