    trail camera advice?

I have mostly Bushnell Trophy cams... Most of them are junk. They have great battery life, but, several of them randomly keep resetting themselves to 1/1/2012 dates and everyonce in a while they'll just take thousands of pictures of nothing on a perfectly calm day/night and burn through an...

    Bag Seeder/spreader

I'm with Daver.. I've got two of the Earthways. Use them for all my fertilizer and seed. Bought another one with a white bag (don't remember the name) last year and it was a POS!

    Turkey Reaping / Fanning.

Dried turkey fan on a stick worked to hide both my wife and I last year when she blasted hers from 7 yds at a dead run... Don't waste your money, IMO.

DNR Wildlife Rules: ICN Public Meeting, Feb 25, 2015, 6 -9 PM

Bowdude.. I'm not talking to you or questioning you on your service. The way you said that they should get a tag until they turn 18, reads to me that when they are 18 they can still get one. Sorry if that's not what you meant. However, a 17 yr old paying an extra $28 to get a regular tag and...

DNR Wildlife Rules: ICN Public Meeting, Feb 25, 2015, 6 -9 PM

If money is the issue because they can't afford the equipment, there is no excuse. I had three part time jobs by the time I turned 16 along with school and sports and lived in a house with 5 other siblings. We hardly had anything given to us. Bought all my equipment before I was 12 with lawn...

    bowhunting turkeys

If you've got permission on good private ground where no one can see your stuff from the road, etc.. , set up your blind ahead of the season and keep your decoys inside. If you're hunting public, It's probably going to be a huge pain, especially if you don't have a friend to help.

    bowhunting turkeys

Bow vs Gun each have their perks. The biggest thing I don't like about archery is the extra stuff you'll want to bring(blind, decoys, chair, etc.) You can also try to REAP them with a bow which would be pretty fun. I like taking the gun... Yea, you can shoot further and what not, however...

    Free RR Seed Corn

Ive got quite a bit Im giving away to another member that is RR Pioneer corn. It is also 2 yrs old and I did a germ test on it and had a 79% germ. Soil temp was a little low and some were just barely starting to sprout when I checked so Im guessing it is probably closer to 85%. My old man...

    Forest Mulcher job for hire?

I've got about a half acre I would like to have cleared. It's mainly just a lot of raspberry thorns and buck brush with some smaller trees.. I was looking into renting a high flow skid loader with a mulcher attachment, but looks like it may be a little cheaper just to hire someone to do it...
