its not a floppy ear your seeing, if you look at the other pic you can see that is a weed.

Here on some pics from the bushnell I picked up from wal mart for $99. Daytime pics are excellent, night pic are a little grainy and blurred with movement but IMO most ir cams do that. For $99 I think this is an excellent cam. Had over 400 pics on it this week and the batteries still say...

I seen one yesterday while checking cams, I would think any day they should be hitting them pretty good.
