    Whats your Camo.?

I just bought a pair of sweat pant (19.99)$ the other day. Old school realtree I think? They will serve me well. :)

    Not sure if?

NV, I don't think so, at least for a primary reason. Deer seem to use them year round. The straw does (melt) over time so some I've had going for years does need to be replenished but I think they'd bed there even if I didn't add any. Some perennial spots I'll visit once a year and clean out...

    Crazy Shed

Looks like it deployed? Nice shed.

    Whats your Camo.?

White... yes absolutely when snows on the ground. A dirty/ off white blends in best.

    Whats your Camo.?

Over 45 years of bowhunting, the one thing I've learned is..., Camo is SO underrated. I've killed em in blue jeans, short sleeves work shirts, and just ordinary every day clothing. I made a HUGE mistake last year and wore a set of pants I bought at Walmart (15 years ago?) To trail a buck in...

    Retrieving game law

If it ain't got antlers, few would care.

    Anyone know this broadhead?

Neat collection of heads. I think there is a Zwickey and Bodkin in there?

    Timber guys...?

Dammit NewFarmer! Guess I gotta take the wheels off my log splitter so it closer to the ground.:p

    Anyone know this broadhead?

Got a pic 203? Be cool to see. When I was young I had zero $ and would scrounge any arrow/ head I could find. Usually at the local archery range. Didn't know (care) what kind or how dull it was:( I had a broadhead. Once I tried the old/ reliable Muzzys back in the early 90's?, I've stuck...

    Retrieving game law

It's a touchy subject anyway we look at it. If I had 300 acres, I'd most likely be fine letting someone trail a deer (aways), But I dont: I've given SO MUCH time/ effort/ blood/ sweat n tears to manage my little piece of Heaven. One intrusion into the heart of it could ruin what I wait for...

    Timber guys...?

Probably could Daver. But I have no use for the lumber. I kinda figgered there is a bit over a cord of firewood there and around here, that's about 400.00$. I was hoping I wouldn't have to buck them up in 18" cobbs and lift them onto my log splitter. Lol. Ain't as strong as I used to be.:(...

    Not sure if?

Here's a pic of a straw bed about 40 yards from my back window. Deer have used it for several years.

    Timber guys...?

I just cut down an ash tree due to it threatening my cabin if ever was to fall in a storm. It was a live tree and from end to end (pics) it's 38.5 feet with zero wood pull from the cut end. Cut end is 23" at the smallest diameter and the top end is 17". Very straight and solid log. I was...

    That's it. Thanks.

    Anyone know this broadhead?

I'm out clearing brush now and seen a blue nock sticking out of the leaves. Guessing it's been there for at leat 30+ years? I remember this kind of head and maybe even used them in my younger years but the name evades me.

    Not sure if?

Oh well. It's not a tactic for "big bucks" only , however they DO use them. Just a fun project, nothing more. Everything we see on T.V. had to start somewhere.

    Not sure if?

Sep0667, yes, finding natural spots like these probably gave me the idea to try and make artificial ones. I think I tried the first time about 2009ish and have done it most every year since. It's been a fun project but it's getting to hard to do as the years go by. ( I ain't 50 anymore) lol...

    Not sure if?

I've ever posted this before? Some (MOST) will find this ridiculous but .... Just something I started doing quite a few years ago for fun. The idea was fun but the work involved kinda sucked. I got some small wheat straw bales (guessing) about 12_15 years ago and just for kicks, I wondered if...
