Currently the minimum acres to qualify for a LOT tag is 2. Should this number be increased?

Should tag sharing be eliminated for residents? This would not eliminate group hunting but would require a person to have a buck tag to personally shoot a buck.

This question is born out of the idea that folks are abusing hunting access on a doe tag while really buck hunting.
