Moved hundreds this weekend. It takes about 30 seconds to dig one up by hand. I plant them fairly close these days around 4'. I used to space them out more but closer creates a filled in screen quicker. Id say 98% survive. I prefer smaller ones. They dont get stunted and outgrow bigger ones anyway.
