Are you going to tube them all? I have 100-ish from this spring's mass planting but can't stand to intrude planting them right now. Think just planting them in a bundle in the ground would get them through winter for spring planting?

Look up the "Transplant" thread. All about pulling and spading cedars for thickets &screens. If doing by seed, a bird needs to digest them before they'll be viable
