Guess it depends what you have for a window? Mine are vinyl sliders and and make no noise when opening and I can open them slowly enough that I've had does 5 yards from the blind. The blind is elevated, if on the ground not os easy.

I have a pvc pipe urinal set up in the blind that dumps out next to it. Had deer walk right through the area it dumps out. Even used it while having deer feeding 5 yards from the blind and nothing.

Just make sure you don't take too big of steps running because then you sound like Bigfoot and the deer will leave your area. :p
