Its giving me flashbacks to 2018. That year was really bad in this area on the trails. Its not near as bad now at least.

Im guessing there is some ehd kill in southwest polk county area. The bike trail i ride and run regulary on lunch break the past 1.5 week has dead smell in spots along it where a creek runs along it.

Apparently a lot of people with cash to spend. IMO some family farms are loaded. Farming land that much of is long paid for, they've got cash to buy and know that individual piece wont be much of a return right away, but long term it will be.
