I would say I did see rutting activity earlier - but the best activity was still Nov 5 - Nov 12. I have shifted my hunting a bit to include more days in late October but always take the 1-17 of Nov as vacation

I know there have been some more deer harvested in last few weeks with gun season. Let’s see some of them fellas!!! This site is great because people share info, pics and stories. Would love to see some more.

Mine have been hammering the food last 2 nights. I have 2 farms where they absolutely poor into late season. Funny because they bed quite a ways away, 1/2 mile or so, but make the jaunt to the food every night. Makes hunting them decently easy when the wind is good!
