Thank you for your reply. I don't really understand why they didn't leave the youth at the two weekends and let the season end a week later. Late season turkey hunting is just starting to get real good. It is always like that and didn't understand the thought put into it at all.

I might of missed it on here somewhere, but what was the reasoning behind the youth season only three days and closing the season a week earlier? Some of the best hunting was just starting to occur IMHO.

From everything I heard it will be 4-5 years before they go to 4g. I also think that Verizon gave them a discount when they went to 4g from 3g. In five years I think technology will be a lot better going to 4g and like arm I figured US will work with me on it.

Sprayed a second time last night (7/22/2018). Plan on disking it up this Friday and planting this weekend. How much Urea per acre is everyone now doing? I assume if I plant Saturday plenty of time for the residual of the 2-4d not to effect it?

Well we finally received about 2" of rain Friday and Saturday. How long does it usually take to see if they are going to sprout or not? It has been two weeks and only a few have made it out of the ground so far. Most did not have any sprouting off the rhizome when I received them and they went...

Just planted 800 rhizomes this past weekend. Getting its first rain today. I wanted to thank everyone for their suggestions and answering all my questions. It was a hot one but hopefully it all goes well and enhances the hunting and frees up time not having to plant EW every year.

Thank you for all the insight and suggestions guys. I have 800 coming tomorrow and its go time. I just wish that stuff would stay where you put it and grew to 14' every year on its own. I am debating on throwing some EW on one side of it but didn't know how that would work.
