I have an H2 on order. Waiting patiently... making sure I have as many options as possible for our trip out to the hills this fall. Hang-on, saddle, climber. already had hawk helium 20" for the hang-on, so only other thing i had to buy was a platform, and i bought the Out on a limb ridge runner.

Ringgold is 1/4 timber 3/4 upland. But I have absolutely no idea of there will be many bird hunters. Lol.

How much pheasant hunting does Ringgold WMA get on the pheasant opener? I am arriving Saturday morning and am wondering if the bird hunters will be helping move the deer around? I've done a lot of research but this can throw a wrench into much of my plans. Thanks for any advice all, Ryan

Haha, so my belief from the way I read it is as long as I have my hunting license and habitat fee, which is needed to draw, I can shoot yotes.

As a NR, am I allowed to shoot coyotes will I'm bow hunting? Or do I need a furtakers tag? In PA I need a furtakers tag and NJ I can hunt them 24/7/365 with only a valid hunting license.

We are taking a crew cab truck so I guess any 4wd will work to get us to the hunting grounds. The more I think about it a truck won't be necessary.... It's basically just an alternative if someone else wants to hunt a different direction

Yes, you are all correct. We are traveling through Des Moines. I was just curious if there was something closer to Mount Ayr. Kilgore's has one car Chevy Malibu. Definitely not going to work on the Level B's. Especially since you guys finally had some much needed rain recently

Heading to Mount Ayr on October 28th -November 6. I have been doing some searching (kilgores in creston) and cannot find much for a truck rental. There are 3 of us so we wanted to rent a second vehicle. Any information would be helpful, thanks all.
