I agree with that but every year more hunting ground is being lost to hunting leases. Iowa lags behind behind the nation which is a good thing for us but ask a hunter from Texas that can’t afford a lease what they think of public ground hunting.

Commercialization is slowly ruining hunting for the average hunter. It already is pricing many out.

The last two seasons have been very limited for me. Both years I ended up at Mayo clinic for extended stays fighting off Non Hodgkins Lymphoma and trying to stay alive. Thankfully, so far that plan has worked. So needless to say I was looking forward to bow season this year. Halloween time...
