Yep! I dispise calm days. Thick funnel,cover during the rut can be dynamite. Stalking a bedded buck in crp, same. Sadly, most younger folks and those that are youtube stars feel like an enclosed blind overlooking a green foodplot is where it's at. I'd rather hunt a 20mph wind then dead calm any...

Have had a few ask why I " edited". I joined the team contest on a spur of the moment type thing. Then I remembered why I quite doing team contests a couple years ago. No team participation, mods don't do the job they promised ect. Just kills the " fun". Curtis... resign from this task!:rolleyes:

It's really odd how certain regions (state wise) can be SO DIFFERENT? the whole 400 miles were rural. No big towns visited. I have not heard ONE SINGLE person say/ discuss they are voting for " her". All I hear is " we gotta get Trump" back in. Edit..., damn right Skip!

Put 400 miles on in Northern MN last 2 days. 100s of Trump signs. Not ONE " her" signs. :)

Terrible here also. It's tough to keep Flys out of a metal building unless it's been spray foamed.

Not sure how to interpit it all. 30 years ago, we had lots of great bucks shot and there were WAY MORE hunters. Weight wise also had went way down. 30 years ago, a 230# dressed out buck was no big deal. Now, even our older bucks seldom dress 200#. Nother topic... Why have so many of Mn's top...
