With 2 guys, an impact driver, It’s never taken more than 2 hours to set one up so far. I do know a lot of guys that set them up on site since the whole rig comes in 3 boxes.

I do know NE Iowa capes are way better than SE capes. Stupid ticks.. and most of the mega giants I’ve mounted have come from S Iowa for sure.

That is what I would suggest, there is a rail at the bottom of the gun windows I would suggest to put padding around and that would work too

Just take the soft side and padded floor out each season, leave the frame, it will be fine for years.
