    They're great and a big hit with the wildlife. I've had troubles with the coons breaking limbs on my farm from some that I've planted. 10/10 would recommend them!! Deer browse them heavily also. The fall color of those trees is truly spectacular. Red, yellow or orange is the variance.

    I worked with a neighbor and shot 20 does a year off 430 acres over a 3 year span...I couldn't say that I saw a difference in deer after that stretch. As previously stated, there are TONS of variables for a given property to hit that sweet spot in harvest #'s.

    Your spot looks like a good location to put up a purple martin/swallow house or something along those lines to help combat the Japanese beetles. I'm running into the same problem for apples/cherries at my house. I've been using the traps to catch a 5-gallon bucket full the past couple years...
