Im thinking this pear tree caught some chemical drift. It turned brown and i thought it was a lost cause. Today i see it has a very lively new shoot. Should i cut the dead part off and see if it makes it?

Pretty proud of the progress on theses apple trees this summer. I had one pear tree with it that didnt make it. The clover is off to a decent start, planning to mow it tall tomorrow to knock the weeds back
