Let's hope.
I read a story yesterday talking about if Harris wins, the media will be able to take the credit for the remaking of a person everyone pretty much hated 3 months ago.....
If you recall, she couldn't even keep her staff members when they got in office, it was a revolving door for...
Habitat-talk has a long thread on the Tar River drills, might help you decide.....

Let's see 280a across Missouri's 44 million plus acres......that a pretty small sample Joe.....

Ok, Let's say the age structure is younger than Ia/Ks, and in fact, I'd say that's a distinct possibility/reality. But - does that mean it's broke? does that mean it needs to change? does that then mean it's out of balance or negatively affecting the health of the deer herd? Or is it 'bad'...
No, I don't think you misunderstood the survey results. If you did, then we both did......
You know, I've never seen the recent biological studies done on the Missouri deer herd that corroborates these claims that Missouri has an unhealthy herd, or that the age structure of the herd is...
This will be interesting to see how it plays out. I hunt with friends (we're all NR), and we only hunt private ground I own. There's a number of ways they can apply the NR draw system, should they chose.
1) NR non-LO draw for tags based on point system.
1a) NR non-LO can buy a tag OTC that's...
I used to hang deer for a day or 2, but a buddy of mine put me onto wet aging, I stopped all that. Now if I shoot a deer, I try to have it cut and packaged and in the freezer by the end of day.
That's a lotta news....I'd walk away from the table mad if I read that much news. The deeper I dig, the more corrupt I see the system and that doesn't help my disposition. Everyday it's another giveaway by the Libs to the Illegals, taking away from the citizens, or a giveaway to buy votes. Never...
Just curious what other websites folks on here find interesting/spend their time on?
One of my daily websites is AgTalk. They discuss everything from land prices, crop prices, personal health, machinery.
Always find something interesting to read on there.
You?
Seems like 2.5% roi or less is the norm these days on ground... I have seen some realtors claim 3 even 3.5% return but that's with suspicious numbers...
I had no idea there was even a market for reproduction of sheds, that someone else found no less...Don't know why someone would want such a thing tbh.
Different strokes I guess.
I hear/see softening, for both rec and tillable ground. I have a neighbor that wants a farm I own in N. Mo. We've been talking about it for a couple years now. He's made offers before, but didn't get to my number. He gathered a bunch of info from me the other day to come back with another try...
Everyone that's seen it doesn't believe there's enough fuel there to burn. That and there's not much of a way to control a fire should it take off to the neighbors
That's another good idea, because once I clear it, it's cleared for another 15-20 years to your point. Baby steps is a good idea, otherwise, I might be screwing something up that's really good and I just don't realize it. Appreciate the input.
