Finally had a nice cool snap roll through here so took the dogs out for some pig huntin. I have a few cameras scattered around, so I kinda knew where they were staying. A short race and they bayed up hard, sent the bulldogs in and we had a caught pig. Few action shots. Kinda blurry but...

Are these brassica's on the same plot as you have had been doing for the last 5 years? If they are, very good chance that disease has moved in. With Brassica's, crop rotation is a must.

BBQ the hind quarters. Good friend of ours go's on a bear tour every year, killing 4-5 bears a year. They always bbq the hind quarters, and slice and fry the back straps. They did make bear sticks one year, they were ok. The summer sausage I thought tasted rank.

But on the same note, people in Arkansas are upset that their season closes the end of January, as most of the ducks show up the first week of February........

Man, hate to hear that. I worked at a competitor retailer to him and had many dealings with him over the phone. He helped me out a lot on product swap and getting me thing I needed, even though I was a competitor. Prayers with the whole family.

I think you and I think a lot alike. Your on the conservation side of things, I'm on the agriculture side of things. My #1 position is environmentalist. I have to ensure each product is used in a manner that it will least affect the environment.
